The Business Continuity Plan is underpinned by the national government health advice, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards, and all national and state regulations when dealing and responding to a Pandemic. The document is a live document that is updated regularly to ensure the safety of all Customers/Clients and employees of the organisation. Also, please keep in mind that stage 4 of the Business Continuity Plan will be rolled out when it is appropriate to do so and as per government health directives.
